Makes 12 servings

Directory of Dessert Recipes

1 chocolate cake mix (refer to package directions for additional ingredients)
1 cup granola
can chocolate coconut pecan frosting
paper cupcake liners  


From kitchen to table in

Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.  Place paper cupcake liners into muffin tins enough to make 24 cupcakes.
  2. Prepare cake mix according to package directions.  Blend granola into batter with a spoon.
  3. Pour batter into cups 3/4 full.  Place in hot oven and bake for 20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center of one of the cupcakes, comes out clean.
  4. Cook, frost and enjoy.
