Cheese Pizza Burrito

Wrap a flour tortilla burrito-style around mozzarella cheese and Italian tomatoes for a pizza you can take anywhere. Serve with salad for a complete meatless meal.

Serves 4

Change the Serving Size

2 cups canned diced tomatoes Italian style
2 ounces onion
4 sprigs fresh cilantro
2 cloves garlic
4 flour tortillas
1 cup grated mozzarella cheese
side salad

Grocery Shopping List for Cheese Pizza Burrito

From kitchen to table in

  1. Place undrained tomatoes in a skillet. Dice onion, cilantro and garlic and add to tomatoes. Heat on medium until warm.
  2. Turn oven on to 400 degrees.
  3. Spoon warm tomatoes and vegetables onto flour tortillas. Top with cheese. Fold the sides over the filling and then the ends, burrito-style.
  4. Place fold-down in a baking dish and place in oven. Bake for 10 minutes or until lightly golden. Serve with salad.
